This March, Wo.Men in Finance and Multicultural Network in Finance are proud to join forces for the 2026 Inclusive March Challenge, and we would love for your team to take part.
This year’s theme, Culture Eats Strategy for Breakfast, puts the spotlight on what truly drives performance: the everyday culture within teams. Throughout the challenge, we will explore how team culture shapes collaboration, wellbeing, psychological safety, and inclusion.
What is the Inclusive March Challenge?
The Inclusive March Challenge is a month-long, team-based initiative designed to spark meaningful conversations and turn reflection into action.
Each week in March, your team will:

2. Share key insights on LinkedIn using #InclusiveChallenge2026
3. Build a practical, actionable toolkit for your own team
